Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of payment! However, in some cases, your order may take 3-5 business days to ship out depending on factors such as: product availability, delay in receipt of payment, etc. Please allow 4-10 business days for UPS, FEDEX or the Postal Service to deliver your order.

In the event that an item is out of stock, you will have the option of keeping the order in place until the item becomes available, or receive a full refund if you do not wish to wait. If you decide to wait and keep the order in place, a notice will be sent to inform you the item is available and shipping information will follow.

Rates: All shipping will be billed at the actual prevailing published standard shipping rates plus 10% for handling and materials. COD orders will require an additional $7.00 as charged by the carrier. Oversize and heavy items may be subject to higher rates.

Return Policy

We make every effort to get the correct parts to our customers, and we know that sometimes there are problems. For this we try to make returns easy and hassle-free. This isn’t a perfect world; mistakes do happen, but we strive to keep our customers happy.

• All returns MUST have a MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM completed for a return to be processed. The Merchandise Return Form can be downloaded Here. Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Form.

• All returns must be sent prepaid by parcel post or by UPS. Please send to the attention of the Returns Dept. at Pfeiffer Performance, LLC, 35 Sequoia Dr. Aliso Viejo, CA 92656.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging and packed well. Be sure to insure the return package with the post office or UPS.

• If you need the replacement item right away, we will charge you for the item, but we will credit you immediately upon receiving and processing the returned item.

• There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns, unless the return is the result of our error.

• No returns over 30 days from invoice date will be accepted.

• Driven Motorwerks reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or return shipping.

• Special orders are NOT refundable.
