Placing Your Order

At Pfeiffer Performance, LLC we try to simplify the ordering process as much as possible either through our web site or over the pnone. Due to the nature of some of the products we carry, additional assistance may be required. If you have any questions regarding your order please feel free to Contact Us by phone or e-mail.

Methods of Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept Money Orders, Bank Drafts, Personal Checks*, and COD**

.*Personal Check Policy: Personal check orders will be held for 7 business days to allow funds to clear. Checks must be imprinted with name and address. Starter checks not accepted. All personal checks are subject to complete address and bank verification. Returned checks subject to a $35 charge or maximum allowed by law.

**COD Policy: Orders shipped COD can only be paid with a Money Order or Bank Draft. Neither UPS nor FedEx will accept cash. The customer is responsible for shipping and COD charges on refused/returned packages. This amount will remain open on the customer’s account and is due immediately with credit card or money order.
